What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
We run caramel the same way in Greece: same 10 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on caramel: 19 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 10 ml bottle really costs in Greece
If you are looking at caramel in Greece, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 10 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Greece, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Greece we measured 4 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Greece?
Yes, tracked to 3–7 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
