Caramel cartomizer E-Cigarette in Greece: the best shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Caramel in Greece: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
What caramel costs in Greece
Caramel in Greece reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Greece. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Greece
Caramel in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Greece the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Greece survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Greece accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume. Shipping of nicotine to Greece runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Greece must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a cartomizer last?
In Greece we measured 5 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.8 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
