Caramel cartomizer E-Cigarette in Greece: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Caramel in Greece: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
How we tested Caramel cartomizer here
If you are looking at caramel in Greece, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Greece. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: caramel in Greece works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Greece
Caramel cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Greece accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a cartomizer last?
In Greece we measured 6 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Greece?
Yes, tracked to 3–7 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Greece allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
