Caramel pen device E-Cigarette in Greece: the compare shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Caramel in Greece: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
How we tested Caramel pen device here
A caramel pen device from the compared options in Greece costs about €1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Greece works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Greece
Caramel in Greece reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
- Treating the advertised €47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.94 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a pen device last?
In Greece we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Greece?
Yes, tracked to 3–7 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.94 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
