Caramel pen device E-Cigarette in Greece: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Caramel in Greece: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
Delivery, returns and what 3–7 business days really means
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Greece the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Greece usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Greece
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Greece, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Greece survives.
- Treating the advertised €61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.68 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Greece sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Greece must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | €61 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €1.68 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Greece?
Yes, tracked to 3–7 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does caramel in a pen device last?
In Greece we measured 6 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
