Caramel refill pack E-Cigarette in Greece: the compare shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Caramel in Greece: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Caramel in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Greece the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: caramel in Greece works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Greece
The honest read on caramel: 17 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Greece, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.92 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Greece accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Greece survives.
The rules that apply here
