Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for coffee

Coffee in Greece reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

The honest read on coffee: 11 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

The short version: coffee in Greece works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a coffee 30 ml shortfill really costs in Greece

A coffee 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Greece costs about €1.74 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

How we tested coffee in a 30 ml shortfill

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.

• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
• Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.

Where coffee goes wrong

• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Greece survives.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Greece accept nicotine freight.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
