What the label on Cream is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Greece. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at cream in Greece, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: cream in Greece works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Greece
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Greece are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a cartomizer last?
In Greece we measured 9 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.26 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Greece allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
