What a cream cartomizer really costs in Greece
A cream cartomizer from the bulk options in Greece costs about €1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Greece accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Greece survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Greece sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Greece need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.85 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
