The short version: frozen in Greece works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Greece
If you are looking at frozen in Greece, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Greece.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Greece need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume. Shipping of nicotine to Greece runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Greece |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | €58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €1.63 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in Greece?
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Greece: about €1.63 per 10 ml liquid plus €58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
