The short version: graphite in Greece works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite starter kit really costs in Greece
Graphite starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Greece sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume. Shipping of nicotine to Greece runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | €64 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €3.04 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Greece allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Greece?
