Lemon in Greece: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
A lemon pen device from the starter options in Greece costs about €2.48 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at lemon in Greece, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Greece.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lemon in Greece must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume.
