Choosing a cartomizer for pear
We run pear the same way in Greece: same cartomizer, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A pear cartomizer from the compared options in Greece costs about €2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a pear cartomizer really costs in Greece
The honest read on pear: 14 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where pear goes wrong
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
