Tobacco pen device E-Cigarette in Greece: the online shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Tobacco in Greece: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
What tobacco costs in Greece
A tobacco pen device from the online options in Greece costs about €3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Greece that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.49 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Greece
Tobacco in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Greece the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Greece, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Greece.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
The rules that apply here
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume. Shipping of nicotine to Greece runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Greece allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Greece: about €3.49 per 10 ml liquid plus €47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
