Tobacco pen device E-Cigarette in Greece: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Tobacco in Greece: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
Delivery, returns and what 3–7 business days really means
We run tobacco the same way in Greece: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco in Greece reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Greece
We run tobacco the same way in Greece: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.47 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Greece survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Greece need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume. Shipping of nicotine to Greece runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Greece: about €2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus €64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.47 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Greece allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
