Tobacco refill pack E-Cigarette in Greece: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretogreece
Tobacco in Greece: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Greece.
What tobacco costs in Greece
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Greece that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.52 per 10 ml.
We run tobacco the same way in Greece: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tobacco in Greece works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Greece
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Greece the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Greece survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Greece need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Greece allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.52 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Greece?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–7 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
