What a vanilla pen device really costs in Greece
The honest read on vanilla: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Greece, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Greece, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Greece accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Greece survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Greece stocks.
The rules that apply here
Greece applies EU TPD with a tobacco tax on e-liquids above a nominated volume.
Retail sales in Greece sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.84 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Greece: about €1.84 per 10 ml liquid plus €64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does vanilla in a pen device last?
In Greece we measured 3 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
